Description
Most animals fight over territory, because their territory provides them food. ... Geese do have a definite territory to protect when the female is nesting and once in a while there will be an argument over who gets to nest where, but in general they respect each others choice and give them their privacy.

Elizabeth, this is such an interesting capture with the birds feathers flying in the haze surrounding them. L/F

Great nature photograph with lots of action and great timing, almost like a gang war between the geese! Nice work, Elizabeth! F/L

While they are all raucous and noisy, there is a great feeling to this image. Really well done Elizabeth.

This is such an interesting image of this busy and probably noisy group of geese, Elizabeth. I love seeing the feathers float in the air around the wild gathering. L/F
